1. What services are included in a Basic Processing?
Bone-in roast, bone-in steak, back strip, tenderloin, and hamburger meat (fat added). You could get the entire deer in hamburger or in some variation of the items listed.

2.What are your hours?
We have different business opening and closing hours for each hunting season. We also have after-hours check-in. We are open 7 days a week during deer season. It’s always better to call (615) 444-0851 for accurate times.

4. I found my deer late at night. How do I keep my animal from spoiling?
Gut the deer and on hot nights (above 50°), place a couple of bags of ice in the cavity. Under 50°, your meat will be fine, but ensure that your kill will be in safe place away from predators and get it to cooler ASAP the next morning.

5. What makes some deer meat taste better than others?
Forage, placement of the kill shot, the quality of field dressing, and the daily temperature.

6. How can I participate in Hunters for the Hungary?
Bring in a field-dressed deer and pay the discounted processing rate of $50. You will have to fill out a TN Conservation League form and donatee the entire deer OR you can donate individually wrapped venison packages to Hunters for the Hungary.

7. How long will it take my deer to process?
One to eight days depending on the quantity of deer hanging in the cooler.

8. How long have you been a deer processor?
We have been in the meat processing business for going-on 40 years.
